Join Debris Free Oceans on Thursday, March 13th from 7 – 9 PM at Mids Market for the Zero Waste Miami Spaghetti Social!
🍝 Spaghetti Dinner & Community Brainstorm
We’ll be throwing spaghetti at the wall – figuratively – as we exchange ideas for waste reduction and reuse in our city. And, of course, we’ll be eating plenty of spaghetti while we do it — because the best ideas come over a plate of pasta! Grab a serving and join the conversation.
Whether you’re new to sustainability, or already working towards a Zero Waste Miami, this event is your chance to connect, brainstorm, and take part in Miami’s circular economy.
đź‘—Â Bring gently used clothes, shoes, & accessories to swap! Join Recircle Society for a clothing swap and refresh your wardrobe sustainably. While you’re here, explore Mids Market, a store speacializing secondhand clothing, and sip on locally brewed Radiate Kombucha.
🔄 What is Zero Waste Miami?
Zero Waste Miami is a coalition led by Debris Free Oceans that unites 130+ individuals from 100+ organizations across government, business, nonprofits, schools, and the public. Since launching in January 2024, we’ve been fostering collaboration through a resource database, mailing list, WhatsApp chat, and monthly speaker series focused on advancing reuse, refill, repair, composting, and waste reduction in Miami.
💡 Come hungry, come curious, and come ready to swap ideas that stick!
