Friday, 4/22 is Earth Day!
Join local environmental enthusiasts, artist Natasha Tomchin and musician Charles Levine (1/2 of Soul Clap) for a day of inspired educational programing as we learn to “Live Like A Local” to be better stewards of the environment.
In this all local celebration, see art installations Tomchin & Levine as well as from up-cycling glass sculptor / UM professor Jenna Efrein and from Elle Barbeito, a fashion designer / artist focused on intention, sustainability and function who uses the ecologically invasive Burmese python as her medium!
Stick around for in depth panel talks moderated by Tomchin and Levine featuring the artists, Susan from Radiate Kombucha, Tico from Watershed, Jason from Islandia Journal, Maddie from Debris Free Ocean, and more from our Miami community. Enjoy some Radiate Kombucha, Mimosas, Guac + Chips + Dips, and Topo chico during the panels from 12pm – 4:30pm.
Once your minds are full of new ideas and inspiration, join us for sunset cocktails sponsored by El Tinieblo and a chance to throw down those dance moves on Ocho with DJ sets by VakDevi Charlie from Soul Clap!
