Little Havana Walking Tour Cleanup

Lace up for a Little Havana cleanup run! Snag some unique giveaways for helping keep it clean.

Welcome to the Little Havana Cleanup Run!

Join us for a high-energy and meaningful morning as we jog through the vibrant streets of Little Havana, picking up litter and protecting our waterways with Run Little HavanaBearly Runners, and Sneaker Impact. This is the second in a series of four community cleanups hosted by Debris Free Oceans in Little Havana this summer, as part of the new Miami Community ResilientSea Project, a county-wide initiative focused on building climate resilience through local action.

This unique event combines fitness, fun, and community service. Whether you’re a dedicated runner or just looking to give back, you’ll enjoy a guided route, local snacks, fresh cafecito, and exciting giveaways!

Date & Time: Sunday, August 3rd | 7:30 AM – 10:30 AM Meeting Point: Henderson Park (950 NW 3rd St, Miami, FL 33128)

Don’t forget to bring a reusable water bottle and your retired running shoes to recycle on-site. All cleanup supplies will be provided. Let’s work together to keep Little Havana clean and beautiful!

About the ResilientSea Project: The Miami Community ResilientSea Project is Miami-Dade’s new sustainability-based initiative serving the Little Havana community and others. The project gets community members involved in environmental activities that protect communities from the effects of heat, pollution, and flooding. Organizations including The CLEO Institute, Miami Waterkeeper, Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science, Rescue a Reef, and Debris Free Oceans are coming together to provide access to opportunities across Miami-Dade.
