The Little Havana Walking Tour Cleanup 2025, is a fun and rewarding day of giving back while exploring the culture and history of one of Miami’s most iconic neighborhoods.
This unique event includes a walking tour of Little Havana led by Caro the Tour Guide and a community cleanup hosted by Debris Free Oceans. It’s the first of four cleanups happening this summer in Little Havana as part of the Miami Community ResilientSea Project, an initiative focused on building climate resilience in Miami-Dade County through local action.

About the Miami Community ResilientSea Project
The Miami Community ResilientSea Project is Miami-Dade’s new sustainability-based initiative serving the Little Havana community and others. The project gets community members involved in environmental activities that protect communities from the effects of heat, pollution, and flooding. Organizations including The CLEO Institute, Miami Waterkeeper, Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science, Rescue a Reef, and Debris Free Oceans are coming together to provide access to opportunities across Miami-Dade.
